Our Managing Partner, is an award-winning senior level technical executive, supporting Energy and Infrastructure clients and projects across North America, with over $1BN in Energy and Infrastructure projects delivered since 1995. 


Working extensively with Government and private sector clients, regulators, agencies and investors in a trusted advisory capacity, planning, resourcing, and executing some of the world’s challenging and complex projects.

We know and understand more than most recruiters, the type, level and volume of skills each phase and task the project requires. This experience and insight gives us a unique advantage over our competition.  

We work with our clients to understand project specific skills needed to fulfil project commitments, this can be contract or permanent hires, imminent or future projects.  We source project team and multi-disciplinary specific roles including Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Hydrotechnical, GIS and Geo-Spatial, Archaeological, Mechanical, HVAC, and Environmental. We source by project experience and location. 

We work with our candidates to secure the next step on their personal mountain climb to their specific career goal.
